This functionality provides the following benefits:

- Provision of panel feedback at relevant feedback stages
- Streamlined panel review and feedback process
Initiating an Offer
The offer card is typically the first point for initiating an offer process for an applicant. It stores information on the applicant's individual offer. Applicants can have more than one offer card if they have been made multiple offers against multiple roles.
