Manager Approve Absences

Authorized managers and supervisors will also log onto the Portal and access Absence Management to validate and approve absences submitted by employees they supervise.

Approve Reported Time

All Time and Labor transactions should be reviewed and approved on a regular basis (e.g. weekly) and must be approved before the monthly approver deadline.

Payable Time

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for departments to run a Payable Time Listing for their employees. The listing provides a real-time overview of the employees within specified departments on campus.
