Purpose
Analyze causes of and propose solutions to the disproportionate representation of Staff across campus committees, focusing on inclusivity and equity.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and recommend Staff to serve on the Staff Council, its committees, and other shared governance bodies on-campus and at the system-wide level, focusing on inclusivity and equity.
- Maintain a service pool of Staff interested in shared governance activities.
- Maintain diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices on committee placements.
- Review and recommend changes to currently existing University committee charges.
