Onboarding is essential for successful talent management and employee integration. It creates an understanding of the organizational culture that assists the new hire feel better connected to the University. Implementing a well-managed onboarding process may have a significant and measurable impact on employee productivity, retention, workplace civility-respect-engagement, and future hiring. 
Onboarding presentations are held twice a month.
