Employees who have paper checks (not direct deposit) can pick up their paychecks on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 noon, on the 1st floor of the Administration Building.

This memo is to provide guidance regarding time reporting for the campus closure day on December 11, 2014.

SF State received notice this morning that, consistent with the Governor’s policy, CSU employees will receive a half day of informal time off with pay on December 24th.  In addition, President Wong has decided to close the SF state campus and to provide SF State employees with an additional half day of informal time off with pay on December 24th.

Effective immediately, the Lactation Rooms are strategically located throughout campus.

Workshops will be held Tuesday Nov. 4 at 9:00am-12 noon; 1:00pm – 4:00pm and Thursday Nov. 6  at 9:00am-12 noon and 1:00pm – 4:00pm.

Human Resources will host the 33rd Annual Benefits Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 1 from noon to 2 p.m. in the first floor lobby and second floor of the Administration Building.

The Human Resources program HR2U provides additional availability and access to services for faculty, staff and student workers. Next session is on December 16, 2014 - and continuing on the third Tuesday of each month through December.

Human Resources Safety & Risk Management's new HR2U program will extend our service hours and access. A team of HRSRM subject matter experts will set up shop for the first time on Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 5 to 7 p.m. in HSS 233.
