Alternate Paycheck Pickup due to Campus Closure, Fri 10/13

Dear University community, 
Due to the campus closure tomorrow, Friday, October 13, any hourly staff and student employees who would normally receive a paycheck from their department tomorrow, will have an alternate paycheck pick up time and location. 
Employees who may be affected are the following:  
  • Hourly staff
  • Hourly student employees
  • Special consultants
  • Individuals receiving shift differential or overtime pay
Paychecks will be available for pick up tomorrow, Friday, October 13, between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm at the Annex I. You can find the location of the Annex I here:
Each employee is responsible for picking up their own check. Employees picking up a check must bring a valid photo I.D. (i.e. Driver’s License or SF State I.D.). If you’re unable to pick up your paycheck tomorrow, checks will be made available through your department when the campus re-opens.
