HR Production Downtime (3/15/2018 - 3/19/2018)

End Time:     08:00 AM, Monday, March 19, 2018
The CSU is undertaking a project to split the combined Human Resources/Campus Solution (Student) system into its component pieces (Human Resources System & Campus Solutions System). SF State production transition will occur from Thursday March 15th to Monday March 19th , as indicated above.
As a result of this transition, all HRMS PeopleSoft-based services (i.e. E-TRAC, Time & Labor (Time sheets), Absence Management (Leave Accrual Web access), HRMS/LCD-related reports and queries, Gateway Benefits display) will be unavailable during the downtime. 
Customer Action(s) Required: 
  • E-TRACS need to be approved by the department by March 13th
  • Separation E-TRACS effective March 14th – March 31st, need to be approved by the department by March 13th 
  • Student & Hourly employees time, including retro time, needs to be approved by the payable time approver by March 12th
